Duffield Dynamos Eagles & Falcons

A big thank you to ETS from the Duffield Dynamos for sponsoring our two teams – The Eagles and The Falcons.
Both teams currently play in the Derby Mini Soccer league at Mackworth – and they really look the part in their smart kits.  I may be biased but I think that they look some of the smartest players down there!

I know that the boys are really proud to put on their professional looking kits – now thanks to ETS they have a first rate kit, now all we have to do is to give them first rate coaching!

Many thanks to ETS for your kind support, next time I need some quality parts and service I know where to go.

Ben Stone-Payne is fundraising for Crohn's & Colitis UK

Ben Stone-Payne and his sister Ami are both active swimmers & have been sponsored by ETS for a few years now.

When Ben was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, a bowel condition that can devastate lives and currently has no cure, his whole family decided to throw themselves into raising money for the charity 'Crohns & Colitis UK' which aims to obtain a better quality of life for sufferers and eventually find a cure for this terrible condition.

We are proud supporters of Ben's charity work and love sharing his achievements in the world of swimming. We are full of admiration for him and his family in what they are achieving for this very worthwhile cause. He's recently been taking part in several open water swims to raise even more money for Crohns & Colitis, a fantastic & brave thing to do, especially when you consider Ben is only 11 years old.  Incredibly, since last years diagnosis Ben has raised over £6,000 for the charity, if you'd like to Donate Now to his just giving page, we know every penny is very much appreciated.

Farndon Colts FC U12's
Although the team has won the Newark League every year, we have always found it hard to find any local businesses willing to offer sponsorship until ETS set up shop and contacted us. They couldn't do enough for the team and their refreshing approach has impressed everyone at the club. I honestly cannot think of any other company in the East Midlands who do so much for children and sport in the community. The lads have been playing some good football in the YEL Nottingham League this season and now that they have shiny new kits, they look the part too! Thanks to all at ETS, especially Craig the Newark manager and Joanna from head office who both went above and beyond when needed.  Will O'LearyManager
Belper Meadows Bowls Club

Belper Meadows Bowls Club thank ETS for sponsoring our annual Spring Bank Holiday doubles competition.  The event attracted 64 players(32 pairs) along with their supporters from clubs both local and around the county.  ETS's generous support meant a great day was had by all, with the Meadows raising essential funds, allowing us to sustain and promote Crown Green Bowls, a sport for everyone both young and old in the local community.

We team up with The Shaun Barker Foundation to launch the "Kitted Out" Project

Eden Tyres & Servicing are proud to announce that we have now teamed up with The Shaun Barker Foundation a charity set up in 2014 by Derby County captain Shaun Barker.  After an horrific knee injury during a match in 2012, Shaun decided he wanted to give more back to the community that supported him and set up the foundation with the aim of supporting underprivileged children in the city of Derby. The foundation is split into 3 categories: Arts & Culture, Social Care and Sports in the Community.  We are delighted to have teamed up with Shaun to launch the new "Kitted Out" project which is aimed at helping under 7's and 8's grassroots clubs get kitted out for their first steps into competitive football. Shaun's passion and drive to make a positive difference is inspiring and we are excited to see what we can create together in the future and how this will impact our local communities.

Moorgreen Colts Blues Under 7's

Thank you so, so much ETS! You gave the boys the best possible start to their football season by being so kind and generous and sponsoring the team. The boys are super proud every week to wear their kit with your logo on and we have had so many comments about how smart the boys look! We always recommend you to all the parents and visitors as the best garage around (I personally wouldn't go anywhere else now - your manager in Giltbrook is fab!) so thank you, I know that Ian Stevenson the manager & Ben Shirley coach are both very grateful to you.

"Eden Tyres & Servicing worked with the Panthers earlier this season for the Panthers’ first ever teddy bear toss. ETS kindly donated 50 soft toys to the event which was a great success…the toys were taken to poorly children in local hospitals.  We are happy to announce that the GMB Nottingham Panthers will continue working with ETS throughout the 2015/2016 season"

Derby Junior Football League "Respect" Programme

We're delighted to announce that we'll be continuing to support the "Respect" programme in 2016/2017.

"Respect" is the collective responsibility of everyone involved in the game to create a fair, safe and enjoyable environment in which every match can take place. We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour in the game. This includes players, parents, spectators, club officials, league officials and FA officials. Those who do not, will not be welcomed.

In The FA's survey of over 37,000 grassroots participants, behavior was their biggest concern. This included the abuse of match officials and the unacceptable behavior by over-competitive parents, spectators and coaches on the sidelines. The FA's Respect programme is aimed at tackling unacceptable behavior across the whole game. The Derby Junior Football League totally supports this programme and, in addition to standard codes of conduct has introduced a number of measures of its own to support this.

Derby Phoenix Swimming Club

Derby Phoenix thanks ETS for their support.  The sponsorship has enabled us to fund competition kit, Club Championships, and fantastic pop up displays which we proudly display at all of our competitions.

Our swimmers are really proud to be seen in our club colours of green and gold with the ETS logo emblazoned on their kit which will be treasured by the swimmers, as will the memories of their time with the club.

Arriving at competitions in our kit really helps team morale and inclusion from the youngest or newest swimmers to the club right through to the older more established swimmer.  We are very grateful that ETS have chosen to sponsor our club and invest in children from all areas of the community regardless of ability… we believe that every swimmers deserves the opportunity to become the best that they can be.

We have found ETS Tyres to be very friendly and have been impressed by their enthusiasm supporting clubs within the local community.

Jane Pratt, Club Chair

SPONDON DYNAMOS FC

Eden Tyres & Servicing have sponsored Spondon Dynamos for a number of years.  The team were formed 8 years ago back in 2007 as a severn aside team playing in the Derby junior leagues.  The bulk of the original team are still playing in today's 11 aside team, with a few additions along the way.  The team now play in the Derby City Saturday league with home games at Chaddesden Park on Saturday mornings.

Spondon Dynamos have enjoyed number of successes over the years, picking up a number of tournament wins.  They are delighted this year that, after a number of years finishing outside the top two in the league, they have finally made it to the top division by finishing runners up in division 2 last season.

This new season sees them embark on a new chapter in the city's top division.  Although it's been a tough start and will require a great effort to keep them in the top flight at least, with the help of ETS, they won't have to worry about funding for kits and can concentrate on playing football.
