Promoter

This Promotion is run by Kumho Tyre (UK) Ltd (Company No. 01331860), whose registered office is at 9 Mitchell Court, Castle Mound Way, Rugby, CV21 0UY (the “Promoter”).

The Participating Retailer is Eden Tyre Sales Limited (Company No. 01570284), trading as Eden Tyres & Servicing, whose registered office is at 5 Prospect Place, Millennium Way, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8HG.

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

First Prize

Up to four Merlin Gold Annual Passes.

By accepting a prize, winners also agree to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant prize provider.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to retail customers of Eden Tyres & Servicing who:

  • Are aged 18 or over.
  • Purchase and have fitted at least two Kumho PCR or LTR tyres in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.
  • Submit a valid entry before the closing date.

For online purchases, a fitting appointment must be booked with Eden Tyres & Servicing at the time of purchase, and the tyres must be fitted before the Promotion End Date.

The Promotion is not open to:

  • Employees of Kumho Tyre (UK) Ltd or their immediate families.
  • Employees of Eden Tyres & Servicing or their immediate families.
  • Fleet companies.
  • Company vehicle drivers.
  • Business or account customers of either the Promoter or Participating Retailer.
  • Anyone involved in creating or administering this Promotion.

Promotion Dates

Promotion opens: 1 August 2026

Promotion closes: 31 August 2026 at 11:59pm

Final date for entries: 7 September 2026 at 11:59pm

How to Enter

  1. Purchase and have fitted at least two Kumho PCR or LTR tyres at Eden Tyres & Servicing during the Promotion Period.
  2. Visit:

or scan the QR code displayed on promotional material.

  1. Complete the online entry form.
  2. Upload a clear photograph or scan of your purchase receipt showing:
  • The Kumho tyres purchased.
  • Your vehicle registration.
  • The purchase date.
  • The Eden Tyres & Servicing branch where the tyres were purchased and fitted.
  1. Tick the checkbox confirming that you wish to enter the prize draw.
  2. Submit your entry.

Proof of booking is not accepted as proof of purchase.

The Promoter is not obliged to contact entrants regarding incomplete or incorrect submissions.

Prize Draw

Each valid entry will receive one entry into the prize draw.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date for entries.

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

If an email cannot be delivered, or the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prizes may not be sold or transferred.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control require this.

For the Odeon Gift Card prize, if there is no reasonably accessible Odeon cinema near the winner, the Promoter will discuss a suitable alternative. No cash alternative will be offered.

Liability

The Promoter and the Participating Retailer are not responsible for:

  • Changes made by the prize providers to their own terms and conditions.
  • Technical or functional issues relating to the prizes.
  • Additional costs associated with claiming or using the prizes, including (but not limited to) travel, accommodation or food expenses.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize where it reasonably believes these Terms and Conditions have been breached or fraudulent activity has occurred.

The Promoter also reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Winner Information

The surname and county of prize winners may be made available upon request in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising.

Any disputes relating to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the Courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.

Personal Data

Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion, validating entries, contacting winners and issuing prizes.
