Class 5 MOT testing is specifically for private passenger vehicles, ambulances and play buses with over 13 passenger seats. The Ministry of Transport (MOT) requires all Class 5 vehicles over a year old to pass a class 5 MOT every 12 months.

Not every MOT tester is qualified to test class 5 vehicles. Our class 5 vehicle testers have undertaken additional training & qualifications to be able to carry out class 5 tests. In order to do this they would have had to be fully qualified and experienced in testing class 4 and class 7 vehicles.
