1. This is a promotion (the Promotion) run by Eden Tyre Sales Ltd (company number 01570284) whose registered office is at 5 Prospect Place, Millennium Way, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire DE24 8HG (the Promoter)
2. This promotion is available only for tyres ordered:
   1. Online at the Promoter’s website https://www.edentyres.com  or through a telephone booking with the Promoter and/or
   2. Purchased in-store from the Promoter
3. By participating in this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
5. The Benefit of this promotion is a discount of 10% off the Reference Retail Price of two or more Kumho brand 18” (or above) car, SUV or 4×4 tyres purchased from the Promoter in accordance with these terms. All savings are inclusive of VAT.
6. The Reference Retail Price is the average fitted price of the individual tyre stock keeping unit (SKU) as displayed on the Promoter’s website over the 6 weeks immediately preceding the Promotion Start Date excluding any work associated with Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) or other additional services such as wheel alignment and is inclusive of VAT.
7. The Promotion has a Purchase Requirement:
   1. The Promotion is open only to retail customers of the Promoter.
   2. The Promotion is not available to the Promoter’s business or account customers, or for the purchase of tyres for resale from the Promoter, or tyres for fleet or company vehicles.
   3. Participants must purchase in a single transaction and have fitted at a single fitting appointment during the Promotion Period two or more Kumho brand 18” (or above) car, SUV or 4×4 tyres.
   4. Where the tyres are ordered online, the discount will be applied at the basket stage through the entry of the voucher code KUMHO10, a fitting appointment must be booked with the Promoter at the time of ordering and the tyres must be fitted by the Promoter before the Last Date for Fitting.
   5. Where the purchase is made in-store the discount will be applied at the time of purchase and the tyres must be fitted at the same time.
   6. This offer may not be combined with other tyre offers but can be combined with other offers of the Promoter that are not part of the tyre, tyre services, or tyre ancillary category as defined by the Promoter.
8. The Promotion is time limited:
   1. The Promotion Period is:

                                                    i.     Promotion Start Date: 1^st November 2025

                                                   ii.     Promotion End Date: Close of business on 30^th November 2025

                                                  iii.     Last Date for Fitting: Close of business on the 8^th December 2025

9. The Promotion is subject to the availability of Kumho brand tyres at the point of ordering, and if tyres are not available to fit at the point of ordering the estimated availability of Kumho brand tyres for the planned date of fitting which must be before the Last Date for Fitting.
   1. Though all care is taken to ensure Kumho brand tyres are available in sufficient quantity to meet demand, availability of tyres cannot be guaranteed.
   2. In the event that Kumho brand tyres are not available to be fitted during the Promotion period this Promotion will cease to apply and the obligations of the Promoter under this Promotion will be deemed satisfied.
   3. No cash alternative, credit alternative, alternative tyre brand, or any other alternative is available.
   4. The Promotion will not be extended where the date of fitting is after the Last Date for Fitting even if the tyres were purchased during the Promotion Period and even if a fitting date could not be achieved within the Purchase Period due to a lack of stock or any other operational issue of the Promoter.
   5. The Promotion will not be extended where the Participant cancels a Fitting Appointment and attempts to rearrange the Fitting Appointment to a date after the Last Date for Fitting for any reason.
10. All purchases are transacted according to the terms and conditions of the Promoter which are available from https://www.edentyres.com.
11. The decision of the Promoter is final.
12. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to English law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
