Customer Service Advisor job description

Hours: 8:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings (one Saturday off a month)

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of our garage reception, assisting the branch manager with:

Customer Service

• Greet customers professionally and courteously on arrival
• Handle customer enquiries face-to-face and over the telephone
• Provide clear information regarding services, repairs, pricing, and timescales

Calls & Administration

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers
• Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and inspections
• Update customer records accurately
• Take messages and pass information to relevant staff

Pricing & Sales

• Prepare and explain quotes for vehicle repairs and services
• Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate
• Take payments and issue invoices or receipts

Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
