About our garage in Yaxley
We’re delighted to be welcoming SMS (Stanground Motor Services) into the award-winning Eden Tyres & Servicing family.
SMS Motor Services has been looking after local motorists since 1998. Over the years, this family-run business has built a loyal customer base by combining expert service with a friendly, personal approach – something that fits perfectly with our values here at Eden.
Based at Eagle Business Park in Yaxley, SMS has become a trusted local garage for drivers across Yaxley, Peterborough and the surrounding area. We’re proud to be building on the fantastic reputation the team has established over more than 25 years.
In time, the garage will become Eden Tyres & Servicing Yaxley, joining our growing family-run, award-winning group. While the name above the door will be changing, customers can still expect the friendly service and local expertise they know, now backed by the wider Eden team.

Correct wheel alignment can make a real difference to how your car drives, as well as helping your tyres last longer. At our Yaxley garage, we’ll be using the latest professional wheel alignment equipment to provide accurate checks and adjustments.
If you’ve noticed uneven tyre wear, your steering wheel is off-centre or your car seems to be pulling to one side, it could be time to have your alignment checked. Our equipment is regularly calibrated for accurate results, and we’ll provide before and after printouts for any adjustments we make, so you can see exactly what’s been changed.
