Vredestein “No Worries” Campaign This Vredestein “No Worries” promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is being brought to you by Apollo Tyres (Europe) B.V., having its registered office at Herikerbergweg 5, 1101 CB Amsterdam, The Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Campaign validation and Customer participation is being managed by 014 MEDIA FRANCE (“Service Provider”).

1. Eligibility • Participation is open to natural persons residing in one of the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Luxembourg, United Kingdom. • Participants must be 18 years of age or older on 01/10/2025. • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Company and its group companies may participate in the Campaign but are not eligible to receive prizes. • The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any Participant not meeting these conditions.
2. Campaign Period • The Campaign runs from 01 October 2025 (00:01 CET) until 30 November 2025 (23:59 CET). • Purchases must be made during this period to qualify. • It is possible to claim the voucher until 07 December 2025, but the qualifying purchase must be made between 01 October 2025 and 30 November 2025. 3. Participation & Entry Conditions • To be eligible for this Campaign offer you need to confirm to us that you (‘Customer’) have in a single transaction purchased four (4) Vredestein tyres of any pattern sized R16” or above within the Campaign Period and you will be eligible to avail a Gift Voucher. • The Campaign offer is valid for Customers who purchase Vredestein Tyres from any authorized distributor of Company during the Campaign Period. • To claim participation, the Customer must: 1. Visit: https://rewards.vredestein.com (the ”Official Platfor”) 2. Complete the registration form with required details (name, surname, email, phone number, dealer details, etc. and upload the documents such as invoice copy, etc. 3. Accept these Terms and Conditions and opt-in receiving commercial communications. • Only entries submitted through the Official Platform will be accepted. • Invoices must be uploaded within 7 calendar days of purchase.
3. Validation The Service Provider will validate entries within 7 working days of submission. Validation includes: – Verification of purchase of 4 tyres, invoice details, dealer details and re-checking eligibility. If validated: Participant receives a confirmation email and access to prize distribution. If rejected: Participant will be notified via email with reasons for rejection. 5. Rewards & Prizes 1. Every validated Customer participant will receive: – €20 Amazon voucher if purchase was made in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria – £20 Amazon voucher, if purchase was made in United Kingdom – 20 CHF Reka Card, if purchase was made in Switzerland – 100 Zł Allegro voucher, if purchase was made in Poland – 8000 Ft eMAG voucher, if purchase was made in Hungary 2. Wheel of No Worries (Instant Win Mechanism): Each validated Customer participant has one spin of the Wheel of No Worries. The Wheel may result in the guaranteed voucher only, or a Special Prize. If a Participant wins a Special Prize, they also receive the voucher. Special Prizes may include: 1. Ski Trip – For 2 persons, maximum value €7,000. 6 nights in a 4* hotel in the French Alps. Includes 6-day ski pass & ski rental. Travel to be booked between January–April 2026, subject to availability. 2. Renpho Massage Gun (3200RPM) – Delivery within 15 working days after validation. 3. Spotify Premium Subscription – 12 months (via 2 × 6-month codes). Codes valid between 6–12 months. 4. Spa Day – a digital wellness gift card, depending on the availability in each country 5. Smart Dash Cam – Delivery within 15 working days after validation. 6. Prize Delivery & Conditions Vouchers will be issued within 15 working days of validation. Physical prizes will be delivered following confirmation of delivery address. The Ski Trip will be arranged after the Campaign in consultation with the winner and the Company’s travel partner. Prizes are non-transferable, non exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. In case of unavailability, the Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value. 7. Data Protection & Privacy 1. Data Protection and Privacy: o Upon completion of the Contest, the Consumer would have to provide their personal data for the purpose of verification of age and address. o Data Collection: By entering the Contest, you as a Consumer agree that your personal data (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, age, gender, country and any other information you provide) will be collected, stored, and processed solely for the purposes of managing this Campaign by the Service Provider. o Purpose of Data Collection: The personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this Campaign and contacting winners and distributing prizes. We may also use your data for marketing and internal analysis and purpose. o Data Storage and Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We and our Service Providers have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. o Data Sharing: We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to administer the Campaign or as required by law. The Service Provider involved also complied with GDPR and ensure the protection of your data. o Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the Service Provider at help@rewards.vredestein.com o Data Retention: The Service Provider may retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. o Consent: By participating in this Contest you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this clause. 4. Disqualification The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who submits falsified, incomplete, or fraudulent information, uses multiple identities or accounts, or violates these Terms and Conditions. Disqualified Participants forfeit all claims to prizes. 9. Liability & Disclaimer • The Company and Service Provider are not responsible for technical failures, delays, or interruptions affecting participation. • The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. • Travel undertaken as part of the Ski Trip is at the winner’s own risk.The Company will not provide travel insurance. • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Company reserves the right to postpone, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign for any reason whatsoever without any liability or obligations. • Company solely has the right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of Company shall be final and binding. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands. 11. Acceptance Participation in the Campaign constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign without prior notice. 12.
