Are you an experienced leader in the motor industry looking for your next challenge? Eden Tyres & Servicing is recruiting a talented Garage Manager to lead our busy, modern garage in Market Harborough.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-equipped workshop, complete with the latest technology, while working for a trusted, family-run company that puts people and service first.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Market Harborough branch
• Leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding results
• Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
• Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
• Building strong, positive relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management experience in the motor industry, ideally in a fast-fit or garage environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (one Saturday off per month)
