Salary: £27,000 plus generous bonus

Hours: Weekdays 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 1:00pm (one in five rota)

Internal Sales Development Manager Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Sales Development Manager to help strengthen and expand our wholesale customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will:

• Manage and support our existing wholesale customer accounts
• Accurately input and update customer information in our systems
• Identify and develop business opportunities
• Work closely with Wholesale Managers to deliver sales targets
• Analyse account performance and market data to spot new growth areas
• Help implement strategic sales plans
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding level of service

Full training is provided – no tyre knowledge required.

About You

You don’t need industry experience – just the right attitude. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident opening new accounts and driving new business
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
• Able to manage time well in a busy environment
• An excellent communicator (written & verbal)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 08:30–17:30
• Saturday: 08:30–13:00 (1 in 5 rota)
