FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Please retain a copy for your records.

Eligibility

1. No purchase is necessary. The draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who have a valid email address.
2. Fleet customers, employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Anyone attempting to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.
4. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer (or computers) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of scripts, brute force, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. If any entrant creates multiple email accounts in order to enter the Promotion more than once, they will be disqualified.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant selected as a winner. Prize fulfilment will only take place once eligibility has been confirmed.
7. The tickets available in this promotion are for the Leicester Tigers v Bristol Bears game taking place on 22 March 2026 at 3:00pm at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium.
8. No travel, accommodation, or other expenses are included. These will be the responsibility of the winner.

Promotional Period

9. Entries will be accepted from 09/03/2026 until 15/03/2026 inclusive.
10. The winner will be contacted on 16/03/2026.

How to Enter

11. To enter, complete the official Eden Tyres & Servicing competition entry form during the Promotional Period. Entry is available via the form on the Eden Tyres & Servicing website.
12. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
13. By entering, you will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win 4 x general admission tickets to the Leicester Tigers v Bristol Bears game on 22 March 2026 at 3:00pm at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium.

The Prize

14. The prize consists of 4 x general admission tickets to the Leicester Tigers v Bristol Bears game on 22 March 2026 at 3:00pm at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium.
15. The tickets have been kindly provided by Kumho Tyres. Kumho Tyres is not the promoter of this competition and is not responsible for the administration or fulfilment of the promotion.
16. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection

17. The winner will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent observer or via a random computer system producing verifiable random results.
18. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be included in the draw.
19. The draw will take place on 16/03/2026.

Winner Notification

20. The winner will be notified by email on 16/03/2026.
21. The winner will have 2 days from notification to accept the prize.
22. If the prize is not claimed within this time, it may be reallocated to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or notifications that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.

General

24. If the winner does not qualify as a valid entrant, an alternative winner will be selected.
25. By entering the competition, you acknowledge that your entry, name, and email address will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
27. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including fraud, abuse, or technical error, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion where necessary.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the operation, safety, or management of the Leicester Tigers v Bristol Bears game.
29. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
30. Full names and counties of the winner will be available on request for a period of 28 days following the closing date by sending a self-addressed envelope to Eden Tyre Sales Ltd, High Holborn Road, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3NW.
31. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
32. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
