Are you an experienced leader in the motor industry, looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting for a talented Garage Manager to lead our busy, modern garage in Kettering, Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-equipped workshop, complete with the latest technology, while working for a trusted, family-run company that puts people and service first.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch
- Leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding results
- Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
- Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
- Building positive relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
What we’re looking for
- Previous management experience in the motor industry, ideally in a fast-fit environment

Eden Tyres & Servicing is looking for an experienced Service Technician to work across our branches in the West Midlands. As a Relief Service Technician, you’ll support our teams by covering absences and providing additional help during busy periods, helping us maintain the high standards of service our customers expect across every location.
This role would suit a skilled, adaptable Service Technician who enjoys variety in their working day, is comfortable travelling between branches, and is confident working with different teams and customers.
All travel expenses during working hours will be covered. A company vehicle will be provided following the successful completion of your probation period.
All of our branches are approved Castrol Service Centres, ensuring consistent processes, quality standards, and levels of service across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to Eden Tyres & Servicing branches across the region, as directed by the Operations Manager, to provide support where needed.
- Carry out vehicle servicing to a consistently high standard.
- Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and carry out repairs or parts replacements efficiently.
- Work efficiently to meet workshop targets and agreed deadlines.
- Liaise with the Centre Manager to ensure customers are kept informed throughout their visit.
Requirements:

Jordan, 27, joined Eden Tyres just over three years ago as a Service Technician and quickly made his mark. With a clear goal to move into management, he showed the passion and drive that the company values. Within seven months, he became Assistant Manager at our Swadlincote branch, completing courses to sharpen his management skills and gain a deeper understanding of the business.
Today, Jordan leads our Beeston branch as Branch Manager. His journey reflects both his hard work and the support Eden Tyres offers, all while maintaining the family business feel that makes the company so special.
Scott Woodward joined Eden Tyres as a 17-year-old apprentice. While studying and gaining hands-on experience in the branch, he quickly passed his Level 2 and 3 Vehicle Inspection qualifications. His dedication soon led him to become a fully qualified MOT Tester and take on the role of Assistant Manager.
Over 10 years later, Scott now leads his branch as Branch Manager, guiding his team with the same commitment and passion that helped him grow from apprentice to leader.
Melissa joined Eden Tyres at 18 as a receptionist at our Derby garage. Her flair for customer service and helpful nature quickly made her a favourite with customers. She soon developed a deep knowledge of tyres and vehicles, becoming a true expert.
Eight years later, when the role of Customer Service Manager became available, Melissa was the obvious choice. She now leads our customer service team from head office, ensuring standards stay high and our customers leave happy every time.
